ProcellariIf your number already runs on the WhatsApp Business app, you don't have to give the app up. Meta's coexistence lets the same number work in the app and in Procellari.
How to connect
- In Procellari, open Settings → Channel and choose “Connect the number I use in WhatsApp Business app”.
- Log in with Facebook and select your business.
- Confirm in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
- Your contacts and up to six months of chats sync into Procellari.
Good to know
- Replies you type on the phone appear in the Procellari inbox too.
- Sending speed is capped at 20 messages per second for coexistence numbers.
- Some app features, like broadcast lists and groups, stay on the phone only.
