Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?
Yes. Connect with Facebook and choose the option for numbers already on the WhatsApp Business app. Meta's coexistence keeps the app working on your phone while Procellari sends and receives on the same number, and your contacts and up to six months of chats sync in.
Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. Procellari is built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). There are no unofficial apps or browser automation involved.
What does Meta charge on top of the plan?
Meta bills marketing, utility and authentication template messages directly to your WhatsApp Business Account. Replies within the 24-hour customer service window are free. Procellari's dashboard estimates this spend for you.
What happens when someone replies STOP?
They're unsubscribed immediately, removed from active sequences and bots, and skipped by future broadcasts. Replying START subscribes them again.
Can my developers integrate with our systems?
Yes — create an API key to send messages and sync contacts over REST, and add webhook endpoints to receive new messages, delivery updates, finished campaigns and order events, each signed so you can verify it.
Is my data secure?
Access tokens and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest, every workspace's data is isolated, team members get role-based access, and sensitive changes are recorded in an audit log.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can change or cancel any time. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial.
